How the Meridian Impact Assessment Process Works
Free initial meeting – Exposes leadership teams to the Meridian Impact Assessment and toolset and allows them to determine if there’s a fit. This is followed by a Management Input session and the highly experienced InnoDynamiX team ensures that the entire assessment is professionally project managed with minimal disruption to our client
The Feedback Day – (3 – 4 weeks from beginning of assessment) – a day to give leadership teams the feedback from the impact study and discuss issues raised.
Experience Measurable Growth and Improvement Every 90 Days
Quarterly Pulse Assessments – Following on from the feedback meeting the team decides their course of action and can request further involvement from InnoDynamiX which could involve ongoing re-assessment and a day with the leadership team every 90 days to evaluate their performance, refocus and set priorities for the next 90 days to resolve any issues that might impede their progress.
